Óleo sobre hardboard, el cual retrata un paisaje de arboleda decorado por la luz cálida del ocaso. En esta obra se observa el predominio de la mancha, técnica inspirada en el impresionismo. El carácter orgánico del paisaje inspira al artista en su técnica dominada por las curvas y contracurvas de la naturaleza que refleja. Valverde realiza un excelente trabajo de perspectiva que guía al ojo del espectador de izquierda a derecha, comenzando por el imponente árbol y finalizando por la pequeña imagen de una persona disfrutando del descanso en la sombra. Esto refleja la grandeza de la naturaleza frente a la finitud de la humanidad, tal como representaban los artistas del romanticismo alemán.
En este momento, el Programa de Recuperación y Conservación del Patrimonio Cultural se encuentra realizando un trabajo de investigación sobre el artista a fin de poder brindar mayor información.

Oil painting on hardboard, which portrays a grove landscape decorated by the warm light of the sunset. In this work the predominance of stain is the protagonist, a technique dominated by the curves and countercurves of the nature it reflects. Valverde does an excellent job of perspective that guides the viewer’s eye from left to right, starting with the imposing tree and ending with the small image of a erson enjoying a rest under a tree shade. This reflects the gratness of nature versus the finitude of humanity, as represented by the artists of the German Romanticism.
At the moment, the Cultural Heritage Recovery and Conservation Program is carrying out the research work on the artista in order to provide more infrmation.
